Parkinson's Beats
drumming was formed in 2022 with the help of an activity grant from Parkinson's UK Scotland, and since then its growing popularity has been astonishing!
Anyone can take part regardless of their ability - it can be done standing or seated, the movements can be gentle or strong and you can use just one arm or your whole body, it's up to you.
To get started there's no special equipment required - a couple of wooden spoons and a laundry basket will do!
